Solution To Depression

John 14:27
‘Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.’
Jesus speaking said peace l leave with you. There are two things the Bible says we should expect, peace and the Holy Ghost. You need peace so much, peace l give unto you, not as the world gives; give I unto you, let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid, this means that these two things will remain in your destiny until the peace of God comes to drive them out. Trouble and fear will remain in your heart until the peace of God comes to build a garrison.
The peace of God is not based on results, the peace of God is a supernatural impartation. You can be in the midst of fire yet you are like the still waters.
If you are waiting for everything to be in place for you to have peace, that how the world gives peace but there is the peace of God that in spite of every storm in your life, family such as not being able to pay your rent, not having children, you are completely rested.
Young people are depressed over nothing, it is because they have not heard this message. You see people wrinkled you guess they are 40 years old but you find out they are just 28 years old, what has added their age like that? The troubles that continues to disturb people, troubles like I need to make it, and so on, I am not teaching you to be irresponsible but you will die for nothing. You need to learn to come to a point where you shut the door at every trouble and everything to find rest.
He leads me besides the still water. Life has a noisy way of depressing you, you have no job, you are not married, a child has not come and many others, all those kinds of things affect your blood pressure because you are thinking of nonsense. That is not the mind of Christ. You can be completely at peace.
Worries does not solve today’s problem, it kills today’s peace and opportunities, it destroys tomorrow’s door so that you can not even make progress in your life.
Jesus took a whole chapter to talk about worrying. Learn peace now, don’t wait till they pay your salary, if your peace depends on your external environment, Satan has mastered you, it means you are about to die fast.
Not everytime l receive awards or alerts, I am not making progress, the voice of God is my peace. A state of restfulness, not irresponsibility.
Many people don’t sleep because of all kinds of depression. Many times, people are worried about what is happening to this and that, Satan uses the opportunity to attack.
Champions are shockingly peaceful. Many times when there is noise in your life, the voice of God is not there, there can be an earthquake and He is not in it, but when all that nonsense is gone, He comes.
Do you know that everytime you are troubled, you shortchange the power of God from coming to your life? It is only when you are at rest. Beware of prolonged depression, gloominess. When the peace of God does not find expression in your life, death is been ministered to you.
2 Thessalonians 3:16
The Lord will give you peace by all means.
Say, my soul! Find rest.
