That your Spirit has unrestricted access to every life, every destiny and every situation. I pray God that you will minister so deeply even to your people in the name of Jesus. Church Gist. We have come tonight o God, give us that encounter in the name of Jesus, Amen. God bless you.
Good evening everyone, welcome to the house of God, this is Koinonia, halleluyah! I want us to take a minute while seated to just thank God for the testimonies, the workings of the Spirit in this house. Church Gist. We must never get too familiar with the workings of the Spirit in our lives, marvellous testimonies. Can we lift our hands and say, Father we are grateful.
It’s very important that we learn to be thankful, whenever you commit to being grateful, you secure the grace for more. You cannot receive more, cannot have more, become more, in an atmosphere that disregards what God is currently doing. Church Gist. Until you thank Him for what He is doing, you cannot see what He is yet to do.

As much as possible, we are really working on a system where, and I have been sensing this burden in my heart, my emphasis right now is territorial impact, not just visiting local assemblies and Churches, as much as that is, it’s important to begin to look at the territory. Church Gist. Halleluyah! We may not be able to afford the convenience of say, instead of visiting 50 churches within a region individually, I think it is more profitable both for me and even for the purposes of God to be able to find an expression that reaches them in a more effective way. So, one of the things we are coming up with is to see how we can build a system that connects these regions so that if and when I am coming to that region, at least those who are part of this vision within that region can have a way of connecting, and if possible, they can be in partnership with all those who may be bringing me or if it is a Koinonia meeting itself, it makes that very easy. We have so many people across the globe and you will notice that aside from our social media platforms, we’ve not created any official system that allows regions to connect. Church Gist. That is because you would have noticed that we do not do anything in this ministry except as led of the Spirit. The secret to what God has done and doing in our lives is that we only do as commanded more than as desired.
More than praying for the coming of Joshua Selman to these regions to minister directly, pray that the purposes of God will find expression. Here’s what I want you to do, everyone of you especially those who are following from diaspora, some of them are here, I hope that we come up with a system that networks the Koinonia global family across those several regions. Church Gist. I am going to give you an instruction right now, it applies to all of us but particularly to our global family. We are trying to vet and gauge regions where God has granted greater access, greater followership (even though it’s not a word that I would like to us), an overwhelming demand, literally at a national level, we see it as a Macedonian call and it’s only fair and honest that if you find these amount of people committing, loyal to the faith and the vision, that an opportunity should be created to at least visit and be a blessing to the people and even the government of that region, and that nation.
To help us reach you, we will provide a hash tag for you. Church Gist. #Koinoniaglobal@(whatever region you are connecting from), so that we can put it together and then it will help us to now begin to zone the regions, to structure the visits and I believe that it is the will of God for us to strategically now begin to visit these regions.
You connect through our social media platforms and let us know. You don’t need to write long grammar, ‘I am following from…’ #KoinoniaGlobal@(your region) and the we will collate it together and we will be able to do our findings to be able to know what zones have the greatest participation; it does not mean we will not reach others, we are just trying to structure it so that we are very efficient. Church Gist. We will be announcing the regions that we will be coming, there are other regions already that are scheduled for visit this year and by God’s grace we will do justice to reach those regions. Church Gist. I’m sure that when we collate everything together as God grants us grace, even if not this year, perhaps next year, we will now begin to start regional conferences across these areas. I think it’s going to be very effective.
The second announcement which is also an instruction, this has to do with business people, pastors, and leaders, captains of industry. Church Gist. I have literally without exaggeration, gotten tens of thousands of requests by phone, through our PR department, the media, and physical contact of several pastors who have been praying and asking for a platform to be able to be part of as it relates to the ministry. Others for mentorship, training, equipping, others just to connect to the vision, and for a long time, it’s been a very difficult thing to respond. We are an organized people, and we are excellent, we understand the principles of administration, but we also know how costly it is when you go ahead of God. Church Gist. There are many things that are right but the timing also matters. Wrong timing can make the right thing look wrong.
To all those pastors, please be patient; by the grace of God by Miracle service, I want to assure you that I have not been unattentive to your pleas and your requests. Church Gist. it is my job and my prayer to be able to provide whatever support, prayer, impartation, teaching, and to have a platform that brings together a network of all the pastors globally who are connected to this vision for the purpose of mutual sharing, impartation, and so on and so forth.
By miracle service, I am going to announce and I will give you a link, it may be an email, so that all of those who want to be part of this, you can reach us and I will supervise the project myself to make sure that we collate this, then it will now give us grace to begin to structure these networks regionally. Church Gist. And by next year, when we begin all our conferences and other programs, we can now know how to be able to put Pastors, and leaders conferences to be a part of the calendar and then we can invite pastors from all across the globe and it will give an opportunity for maturing the body and strengthening of leaders.
The condition is you must be born again, very serious with God, truly ready to serve the purposes of God. Church Gist. There are many people who are not looking for Jesus, they are just looking for a ladder to ride and get greater influence.
Let me encourage you: do you know that everyone of you, when I say you are part of this vision, this is not about membership, this is an active kingdom participation. Don’t you think Joshua Selman is Koinonia, no, you are Koinonia yourself. Church Gist. So that everything that concerns the vision, you will see it as an assignment. If you have this mentality, then you will see every service as a platform for training; you give it a student approach. This vision you see, is bigger than one man. You’re an extension of this vision. If on account of that which is taught here and the grace that is released here, a Church in Europe, Brazil, Kenya, catches fire and fans the flame of revival that is Koinonia at work. It does not have to come under the structure of the name, we are interested in the impact and the efficiency. If you are able to raise your children properly, that is Koinonia at work in your home. If you are able to prosper and excel and rise from an ordinary person, to get to a point where you are a multimillionaire and a billionaire, with a kingdom mentality, that is Koinonia at work. Church Gist. Don’t you ever think you do not have what it takes; we do not do this by our strength. Yours is to be willing to listen, willing to learn; leave the rest for God. If God is behind you, woe betides the force that stands in front of you.
I had some time to pray about what I am going to be sharing tonight. I saw that tonight’s teaching will come with a very strong impartation. There is an impartation of a different kind of strength, a quality of God coming in another dimension.

My teaching tonight is from Zephaniah 3:17. It says ‘the Lord thy God’, not just the one who is in Heaven, the one who is in the midst of thee is mighty. We will be looking very briefly at the principles from this topic, ‘THE LORD THY GOD IN THE MIDST OF THEE IS MIGHTY.’ Church Gist. I am teaching us tonight on how to access the manifested presence of God. When it has to do with understanding the dynamics of the presence of God, you cannot be effective in today’s world if you do not understand the mysteries that secure the manifest presence of God in the life of an individual. Behind the enviable exploits of the saints, the individual men and women who are doing mighty things for the kingdom world over, is this mystery of the divine manifested presence of God. They have found a way of securing the manifest presence of God upon their lives, ministries, families, upon their vision. Psalm 23:1-6. What happens to a man when God is with you? What happens to a man if and when you can secure the presence of God? Mark 4:35-41. The Bible says that the wind was boisterous and then it tells us that Jesus was at the other side of the boat asleep. Church Gist. And when He got up, he rebuked them for their unbelief. In other words, are you not conscious that my presence has an implication? Why do you act as though my presence does not mean anything? Have you not learnt what happens when I am there? Now that I am with you in the boat, even though I am asleep, it is still me. I expected you to find confidence knowing that more than the wind that I was with you in the boat.
That means securing the presence of God is greater than praying for the exit of a negative situation because if a negative situation leaves you and you still have not secured divine presence that is only a temporal solution. Church Gist. The devil will be able to find cheap access to your life.
What is the presence of God? Men and women of God who walk in great power and grace will tell you that behind the exploits is the reality of the manifest presence of God. Church Gist. I have taught you according to Scripture that there are 3 dimensions of the presence of God.
1) Omnipresence: Psalm 139:7-12. When God shows up, it does not matter whether it was darkness or light before, it doesn’t mean anything. His presence will make the condition constant the moment He comes. His ability to be everywhere at the same time. Church Gist. Even though we were created in the image and the likeness of God, there are 3 attributes of God He did not share with man. It brands Him and keeps Him in a class all by Himself. He gave man everything including dominion His image but there are 3 attributes that God possesses that man does not have. Man is not omnipresent; we cannot be everywhere at the same time. Omnipotent: man is not all powerful. Our authority in this kingdom is derived not generated. Derived from our relationship. You do not have an independent authority outside of your relationship with Jesus Christ. Omniscience: Man is not all knowing. Church Gist. The Bible clearly says that we see in part and we prophesy in part. So if you ever seek to know the difference between God and man, as far as the excellency of His person is concerned, these 3 attributes brand God and keep Him in a class all by Himself.
When Jesus became a man, He was not omnipresent, He could only be in one place at a time. I hope you know that even spirits are not omnipresent. Just because they are spirits does not mean they are omnipresent. You read your Bible. Church Gist. There is no record of any spirit being omnipresent. You could have glimpse of reaching into the future like it happened with Elisha when Gehazi was trying to negotiate the gift, it said, ‘did my spirit not go with you?’ but it did not mean that he was everywhere. Man and every other spirit aside from God is location dependent. You cannot be everywhere. It is possible to be in multiple places at the same time, but not everywhere. Are you understanding omnipresence now? I can be here right now and prophetically, the Spirit of God can lead me to another sphere, another realm. Church Gist. That is a possibility but not everywhere. Omnipotence, I am not all powerful. No man is all powerful. No spirit is all powerful except God. Psalm 62:11. Halleluyah!
2) Emmanuel dimension: Matthew 18:20. The ability to be in a place where two or three are gathered in His name. That dimension of His presence cannot be drawn by an individual. The condition is you have to be at least, 2 or 3 people and then, he is in the midst of them. Church Gist. It has to be in His name. That means if there is a gathering somewhere, an occultic gathering, or some kind of gathering, just because humans are there doesn’t mean that presence is there. They have to be gathered in His name.
3) His manifest presence or His shekinah: Exodus 40:34-38. This was not just a vision for one or 2 people. Everybody saw it. The omnipresence of God everywhere at the same time. The dimension of Him that is revealed where 2 or 3 are gathered in His name. According to scripture you would notice that the first 2 dimensions do not have any physical effect. Church Gist. They may have a spiritual effect, but you do not see any physical effect. But when that third dimension, the shekinah or the manifest presence shows up, there is always an effect in the Earth realm directly.
Let’s define God’s presence. What is the presence of God? The presence of God is the influence of His person through His Spirit in and upon our lives. Every time we are talking about the presence of God in one word, we are talking about the influence of His Spirit. Church Gist. The influence of the presence, the Spirit of God upon an individual and even within that individual is called the presence of God. And that we are saying that an individual can literally carry that influence like a climate. That you can carry that influence with you and that it begins to provide certain possibilities. When you know how to host that dimension of influence, you become a sign and a wonder upon the earth.
Believe me ladies and gentle men, when it has to do with this teaching, I know what I am saying. That the presence of God and that influence can overshadow an individual not just to come and then to go, that an individual can literally be immersed. Church Gist. That’s where you get the word, ‘baptism, baptizo.’ To be partially or totally immersed in that presence such that they will not see you again. If I enter inside a swimming pool, the only way you can reach me is to be affected by that water, is that true? When you buy a product, usually, that product is wrapped, and that which you need to consume is somewhere. How many of you have seen very small product, wrapped with layers of wrappings. Usually, you can use the extent of the wrapping of a product to show its originality and its quality. Do you agree with me on that? That sometimes you can buy say a wrist watch, or a perfume, there is such an elaborate wrapping and you’re wondering why didn’t they just put a leather? They may tell you that that thing was 10,000 dollars, 20,000 dollars for a tiny thing but they wrap it in a way that it will force you to see the value. Before you access that product, you will need to laboriously and sometimes you will need to use a scissors, use something to cut through the layers. I am saying that the believer can become that valuable. Church Gist. That you are immersed in such a cloud of God’s manifested presence. It is impossible to reach you ignoring the presence. The presence of God upon a man and in a man’s life guarantees the following: there are 4 things according to Scripture that come to your life if you go through this spiritual labour to secure the manifested presence of God in your life.
1) Supernatural favour: Genesis 39:2,21. What was the basis of Joseph’s favour? Divine presence. That there was something about the presence of God that was upon Joseph. Church Gist. He was not the only prisoner, in fact, he was not the first prisoner, but as soon as he showed up, he didn’t just come with chains, he came with the presence. And the Bible said, ‘it brought prosperity and it brought favour to Joseph.
2) Rest round about: Exodus 33:13-14. Trouble will never end from the life of a man who ignores the presence of God. Church Gist. It will be one kind of trouble and tragedy connecting one after another. Divine presence can secure rest. 2 Chronicles 15:12-15.
- I prophesy to someone in the name of Jesus, this is the season you will step into strange rest.
That when the Lord is in the midst of you and He is mighty, He can be mighty to give you rest. Church Gist. Not just mighty to give you favour, God can be mighty to give you rest round about. Are you learning?
